Vinegar of Modena Affinato is ageded in woden barrels for minimum
12 years, which endows it with unmistakable
properties and aromas. The colour is deep brown and limpid, the
taste is intense, the fragrance is harmonic, spiced and persistent.
This product is best savored when used to enhance meat dishes,
vegetables and cheese. Its characteristics are equally brought out
by fruit and ice-cream. It is contained in a official and unique
bottle of 100ml, designed by Giugiaro.
