Cooked Grape Organic Must, Saba ml 250

The first to use Saba were the ancient Romans (sapa being the Latin name). Thanks to its very sweet, appetizing flavor, it goes wonderfully with recipes from today’s modern cuisine. “Saba” is made by using a virtually forgotten process. It involves cooking the must outdoors over an open fire for at least three days.

Ideal as a sweetener in sweets and ice cream. It goes well as a condiment with cooked vegetables, cheese and different types of meats.
